You can use the best materials for your office. Simply follow the manufacturers guidelines. If you use alginate and pour your models, be sure to wrap them carefully to protect them in transit.

We put cases on hold is because of quality concerns we have with what we received. We always want to send the best to your patients and if we feel we cannot do that we will leave the judgment call up to you. If there is a reason why we cannot guarantee the fit of the tray we will make that known when we contact you.
