Good case presentation focuses on the treatment needs of the patient and your need to stay on schedule. It also highlights your status as a dental professional, not a high-pressure sales rep.
This course gives you a framework to educate and support case acceptance decisions with numbers (a gum score) and factual statements. It also gives you options for holding patients accountable if they reject recommended treatment.
You will learn our 5-step presentation outline and a clear reply if treatment is declined. While this course uses case presentation for periodontal medicament carriers as the main topic, the skills you learn will apply to general practice.
