Dr. Duane C. Keller
Dr. Duane Keller initially developed the Perio Tray and the method to use tray delivery to help treat is mother who refused surgical approaches. That initial success combined with other patient results and subsequent research convinced FDA to clear the Perio Tray for deep delivery into periodontal pockets. With this clearance, all patients now have access to this excellent homecare approach.
Dr. Keller maintains a successful private practice Keller Professional Group in St. Louis, MO with an emphasis on TMD patients in chronic pain. He is an Academy of General Dentistry Fellow, served eight years as the Chairperson for the IAO Education Committee, and received the Leon J. Pinsker Merit Award for Outstanding Contributions to the IAO. He has been a consultant for state dental boards, professional educational associations, and St. Louis University's Chronic Pain Center. As the Chief Scientific Officer for Perio Protect LLC and a former educational officer for the IAO, Dr. Keller has been lecturing to national and international audiences for over thirty years and has published more than 40 articles in professional journals.

Dr. Lou Graham
Dr. Graham is an internationally recognized lecturer extensively involved in continuing education for dental professionals. His lectures focus on incorporating current clinical advancements through conservative dentistry. Dr. Graham is the founder of Catapult Education, a continuing education company whose philosophy and programs use contemporary, interactive formats to integrate time-proven conservative dentistry with 21st century materials and techniques.
Dr. Graham is a published author in many leading national and international dental journals. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, Chicago Dental Society and Illinois Dental Association. He is the former Dental Director of the University of Chicago’s Department of Dentistry. He enjoys providing dental care at his multi-specialty private practice group, University Dental Professionals, in Chicago, IL—Hyde Park.

Dr. Susan McMahon
Dr. McMahon is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine, and enjoys a thriving dental practice in Western Pennsylvania focusing on esthetics and oral health. She is accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, a fellow in the International Academy of Dental-Facial Esthetics, and a fellow in the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. She is an ASDA member and sits on the board of Catapult Education. An author and lecturer, Dr. McMahon has devoted her professional career to the pursuit of advanced technologies in cosmetic dentistry and smile design. She is a past clinical instructor in Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine and a guest lecturer at the University of West Virginia, School of Dentistry.
She also lectures in both the United States and Europe on cosmetic dentistry and teeth whitening. A seven-time award winner in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry’s Annual Smile Gallery, Dr. McMahon has twice been awarded gold medals. She has been honored as a Top Cosmetic Dentist five times. She has also been voted by her peers as a Top Dentist in Pittsburgh.

Dr. Tony Tomaro
Industry-leading, completely comprehensive dental care is of utmost importance to Dr. Tomaro and his exemplary staff. Dr. Tomaro graduated from the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry. Prior to his relocation to Las Vegas, Nevada, Dr. Tomaro enjoyed 26 years of private practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He provides live-patient treatment courses, as well as peer lectures to dentists nationally and internationally. His teaching focuses on techniques related to Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMD), General Dentistry (Tooth Colored Fillings & Crowns), Diagnosis, Cosmetic Dentistry, Treatment of Headaches, and Neuromuscular Dentistry procedures that are used in daily patient care.

Dr. Mark Malterud
Dr. Malterud is a 1983 graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and practices General and Family dentistry in St. Paul along with being an adjunct faculty member of the University of Minnesota Continuing Dental Education Department. His commitment to dental education not only as a student but also as an educator has him personally attending well over 100 hours of dental continuing education each year.
Dr. Malterud’s practice focuses on comprehensive cosmetic dentistry incorporating Minimally Invasive Dental Procedures. His passions in these areas have allowed him to lecture locally, nationally and internationally. He has trained at the L.D. Pankey Institute and completed the entire curriculum of their educational continuums on comprehensive dentistry and has attained the level of Master in the Academy of General Dentistry. In 2008 he was awarded a Life Long Learning and Service Recognition Award by the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Malterud is an active member of the American Dental Association, and its state and local components along with the Academy of General Dentistry (where he just finished a 6-year term as the Trustee for Region 10. He is a Past Minnesota AGD President and currently serves on the MN AGD Board along with Chairing some AGD task forces). He belongs to various local and national dental societies and study club groups. As an early user of the NTI splint he has had an opportunity to help with creating refinements for the designs and uses of the splint. Dr. Malterud also consults with various other dental manufacturers on product development and testing and is a proud member of Catapult Education.

Tanya Dunlap, PhD
Tanya Dunlap is the Managing Director for Perio Protect, LLC where she has worked since 2005. She coordinates clinical research involving prescription tray delivery. She also offers CE courses on the science behind prescription tray therapy and the important implications of the research data.
